The family of Rylie Autumn Heart, formerly known as [deadname], says their loved one [suicide method redacted] on February 10, 2026, around 1 PM.
Relatives say they were not directly contacted. Living across multiple East Coast states, they learned of the situation days later through a professional connection. They also state that no body has been recovered and that obtaining the police report as next of kin has been difficult.
Rylie’s brother is now in Pittsburgh seeking answers and trying to understand what happened that afternoon.
